04- Private Villas

The Property Located in Taif City, it contains of four villas, three of them are typical. All villas shared the basement floor which contain the parking area and seperated entrance for each villa, and all the villas are three stories. The facade was designed in a way that all villas appears as a single block.

يقع العقار في مدينة الطائف، و يحتوي على أربعة فلل، ثلاثة منها نموذجية. تشترك جميع الفلل في الطابق السفلي الذي يحتوي على مواقف السيارات ومدخل منفصل لكل فيلا، جميع الفلل تتكون من ثلاثة طوابق وتم تصميمها بحيث تظهر جميع الفلل ككتله و مبنى واحد.
